40ft Two-Bedroom Container House Project – Hungary
This residential housing project in Hungary consists of eight customized 40-foot High Cube (HQ) shipping container houses, designed to provide comfortable, modern, and efficient living spaces. Each unit features a well-planned layout with two bedrooms and one bathroom, making it an ideal solution for holiday homes, staff accommodation, rental properties, or permanent residences.
All container houses were fully prefabricated and completed in AMILE’s factory before shipment. Each unit was delivered as a turnkey solution, including sanitary facilities, furniture, household appliances, electrical and plumbing systems, lighting fixtures, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, doors and windows, as well as complete interior decoration. This high level of factory integration ensures superior quality control and minimizes on-site construction work.
After transportation to Hungary, the container homes were simply lifted into position by crane and connected to local utility networks, enabling rapid installation and immediate occupancy. The modular construction approach significantly reduced project timelines while maintaining high standards of comfort, durability, and energy efficiency.
