20ft Customized Shipping Container Vacation Home Project
This vacation resort project consists of 25 customized 20-foot shipping container houses, creating a modern and comfortable hospitality complex through modular construction technology. Designed to provide a unique accommodation experience while maximizing construction efficiency, the project combines residential, dining, and leisure facilities within a cohesive container-based development.
Each container unit was fully prefabricated and completed in AMILE’s factory prior to shipment. The units were delivered as turnkey modules, including furniture, sanitary facilities, electrical systems, lighting, plumbing systems, doors and windows, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, and complete interior decoration. This high level of factory completion ensures consistent quality while significantly reducing on-site construction time.
The development includes a variety of functional spaces, such as guest bedrooms, bathrooms, a canteen, and a coffee shop, providing visitors with comfortable accommodation and convenient recreational amenities. The modular design allows the buildings to be arranged efficiently while maintaining an attractive and welcoming resort atmosphere.
Upon arrival at the project site, the container modules were quickly installed and connected to local utility networks, enabling rapid project completion and immediate operation.
